The Four Chaplains Memorial Foundation Trustees serve in a leadership capacity by offering advice and counsel to the Board of Directors. They assist them in communicating the organization’s mission, in ensuring sufficient resources, in raising the image of the organization, in joining one Board committee and in participating in the Annual Meeting. In addition, Trustees vote to elect the Board of Directors. Candidates for Trustee membership must be of high moral and ethical standing, demonstrate leadership skills and be involved in public service. Furthering interfaith cooperation and promoting unity among all people are also necessary. Trustees must renew memberships annually. After a designated period, Trustees can become eligible for nomination to the Board of Directors.
